v3-6 認識生命是短暫 - 反醒追求的價值
v7-11 認識神是公義的 - moses asks 2 questions from v11 - why God is angry? Know what happened
What to do next?
v12 ans: know what to do. Ask God to help us.
v13-14 怎樣作個智慧人？ 錯而能悔，悔而能改。
v15 吊詭性 - 應該有這樣的結果，豈不知結果卻是相反。

Calvin: always think about heaven and death. So that we will not love the world and forget the treasure in heaven.

v1-3 靜默中醒悟 - 申訴在神
靜默=最基本，最重要的屬靈操練
- 勒住舌頭
接觸到自己的內心，更深認識自己
 
v4-7 默想中醒悟 - 指望在神
Amusement 娛樂
Muse = 沉思默想
Amuse = 不去思想
人生的長度=0
人生的內容=0
 
v8-13 悔罪中醒悟 - 赦罪在神
寬容 - 轉眼不看我 (Job)
 
= 靈修

 Nature of sin, we are seeking forgiveness for our guilt.
Guilt - showing wrong between man vs God, man vs man.

 Confession is save becoz who God is. Not becoz it's announuous.

 Confession is not to avoid the consequences.

 Blot - wipe away
Wash - increase of intensity
Cleansing - the inner dirt.

 Renewal - Create a pure heart (v10)
God is recreating us continueously.

Psalm 15:1-5 作個忠厚廉潔的信徒

到神的面前是要反省
1 在世時能與神同在，事奉神
2 死後能和神同住
 
v2 道德純全 - sincere (言行合一，心言合一）John4:23, Psalm51:17
 
v3 言語純全 - stop gossiping
 
v4 對神純全 - 重視神 (箴言27:24)
 
v5 向人純全 - 不能騙他人，為利益而害他人

不是所擁有的多與少，

勞碌：像母親生小孩
歇息：但未有安睡
v1 restless, unless God supports you.
v3 "behold" 請留意，兒女是耶和華所賜的「產業 」- 成繼神給你的使命。

David begins with praising the Almightly God (similar to Ps19)
God is personal God (Is40:26-31) - God knows every single stars. Isisah wants to remind us that God knows each one of us and he cares about us. He knows us by name. (v5-6)
